Barcodes Uganda Office is located in the central trading zone of Kampala, Kampala Central, right opposite Orient Bank Head office on Kampala Road, alternatively next to Cafe Javas, formerly Nandos Restaurant.

Francis Ocuga is the Managing Director of Emergency Exit & Partners Ltd since 2013, a lawyer and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, practising under Kangaho & Company Advocates, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE-USA ), also working with MAT-ABACUS as a Lecture of Business Law for the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

Francis is also the founder and current managing director of the Chief Executive Officer’s Club East Africa (CEO CLUB EAST  AFRICA )

Prior to 2013, he worked with the Government of Uganda under the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP),  where he served in several capacities, including as; a Resident State Attorney in the West Nile Districts of Koboko, Yumbe, Maracha and Adjumani.

Between 2007-2009 he worked with Management and Accountancy Training Company (MAT) as head of Marketing, Crane Bank Ltd (now defunct) as Marketing Executive, and East African School of Taxation as Head of Marketing.
